The 401(k) Plan |
Employees become eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan after
one year of service. Employees can contribute from one percent to 21
percent of their base pay, before-tax and/or after-tax. The Company
matches 100% of the first four percent of the employees' before-tax
salary deferral. |
