SUMMARY:Cut to the Chase - North Sacramento
DESCRIPTION:Cut to the Chase is a monthly meet-up for Black men to gather and discuss the everyday challenges and issues they face. We invite men to join us for encouragement\, counseling\, and support in a small group setting with licensed mental health professionals. Cut to the Chase is a program that seeks to address and reduce the stigma surrounding Black men and therapy\, as well as provide culturally specific mental health resources and support that is uniquely tailored for men of color. \nNorth Sacramento meet-ups are held every second Thursday of the month from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at Five Starr Fades (1332 Del Paso Blvd. Sacramento\, CA 95825). \nDates include: \n\n\n\nFebruary 8\, 2024\nMarch 14\, 2024\nApril 11\, 2024\nJune 13\, 2024 \nAugust 8\, 2024\nSeptember 12\, 2024\nOctober 10\, 2024\n\n\n\nFor questions\, contact rcob@gsul.org or 916-286-8646. \nREGISTER NOW
