SUMMARY:Cut to the Chase – South Sacramento
DESCRIPTION:Cut to the Chase is a monthly meet-up for Black men to gather and discuss the everyday challenges and issues they face. We invite men to join us for encouragement\, counseling\, and support in a small group setting with licensed mental health professionals. Cut to the Chase is a program that seeks to address and reduce the stigma surrounding Black men and therapy\, as well as provide culturally specific mental health resources and support that is uniquely tailored for men of color. \nSouth Sacramento meet-ups are held every first Thursday of the month from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at Tapers Barber Shop (3310 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd.\, Sacramento\, CA 95817). \nDates include: \n\n\n\nJanuary 8\, 2026\nFebruary 5\, 2026\nMarch 5\, 2026\n\n\n\nFor questions\, contact info@gsul.org
