We invite men to join us for encouragement\, counseling\, and support in a small group setting with licensed mental health professionals. DESCRIPTION:Keys to HomeOwnership is a live 8-hour homebuyer’s education course\, offered via Zoom (link will be sent prior to the class). This course provides home-buying insight for home-buyers\, who need to complete an 8-hour Homebuyer Education and Counseling Course. Greater Sacramento Urban League staff will walk you through the steps of purchasing a home including budgeting for a home\, credit checks\, the lending process\, homeowners insurance\, closing costs\, and much more.
