Keys to Homeownership

Keys to HomeOwnership is a live 8-hour homebuyer’s education course, offered via Zoom (link will be sent prior to the class). This course provides home-buying insight for home-buyers, who need to complete an 8-hour Homebuyer Education and Counseling Course. Greater Sacramento Urban League staff will walk you through the steps of purchasing a home including budgeting for a home, credit checks, the lending process, homeowners insurance, closing costs, and much more. Upon completion of the class, participants will be provided a homebuyer’s education certificate.
NOTE: If you are completing this course as a requirement for a downpayment assistance program, pleaseย double-check with your lender to make sure this course is accepted for your specific loan requirements.
