Keys to HomeOwnership
Keys to HomeOwnership is a live 8-hour homebuyer’s education course, offered via Zoom (link will be sent prior to the class). This course provides home-buying insight for home-buyers, who need to complete an 8-hour Homebuyer Education and Counseling Course. GSUL staff will walk you through the steps of purchasing a home including budgeting for a home, credit checks, the lending process, homeowners insurance, closing costs, and much more. Upon completion of the class, participants will be provided a homebuyer’s education certificate.
Time: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Location: Online via Zoom

eHome America Online Homebuyer Education Course
This online self-paced homebuyer education course meets CalHFA’s homebuyer education requirements, along with various lender’s homebuyer education needs. BEFORE signing up, refer to your lender to ensure this course will meet your loan requirements. The course is offered in both English and Spanish. Registration fee is $99 for up to two individuals.
