GSUL’s Housing Counseling Programs are HUD approved and offered to the general public at no cost. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for families living in the Sacramento region.
The Housing Counseling Center offers counseling in the following areas:

- Post Purchase
- Foreclosure Prevention
- Rental
- Homelessness
We also offer the workshops at no cost on the following topics:
- Building Credit and Budgeting
- Financial Literacy
- Homebuyer Education
